Week of 7/22/17:

Buyers are doing a 1031 exchange with multiple properties both being relinquished and being bought.

Buyers are buying farmland as one of their up-leg properties with a house on the 18 acre parcel of land.

Institutional lenders rarely do not do land loans. That’s typically hard money or seller financing.

Borrower wrote a brilliant letter explaining his intention to rent the property. Plus, we showed that large acreage is common for this area of the inland empire.

Lender says yes to doing this loan.
